Graduate Student and Postdoc (GraSP) Committee
We aim to increase student participation in SSB through the creation of the Graduate Student and Postdoc (GraSP) Committee. Committee Members help develop initiatives to promote professional development in our early-career membership. Through outreach and different SSB events, GraSP’s objective is to reach, recruit, and represent the interests of student and postdoc members worldwide. Committee members serve a 2-year term.
The committee will consist of 5-6 students in total, including the 2 student representatives to the SSB council and 2-3 appointed committee members. In addition, we will have a 1-year position dedicated to the outgoing student representative from the previous year.
